طريقة الاستعمال
أ. التنظيف الجاف (Dry Brushing):
1. قبل الاستحمام، استخدمي الفرشاة على بشرة جافة.
2. ابدئي من القدمين واتجهي نحو القلب باستخدام ضربات طولية طويلة.
3. أكملي على الساقين، الذراعين، البطن، والظهر في حركات دائرية خفيفة.
4. بعد الانتهاء، استحمّي واشطفي الجلد ثم رطّبيه على الفور.
ب. التنظيف الرطب (Wet Brushing):
1. في الحمام، بلّي الفرشاة بالصابون أو الغسول المفضل.
2. دلكي البشرة بلطف بحركات دائرية.
3. اشطفي واستمتعي ببشرة نظيفة ونضرة
نصائح:
• استخدمي الضغط الخفيف إلى المتوسط لتجنّب تهيّج الجلد.

How to Use
