What it is 

This product is made for skin with pigmentation. It helps equalize the skin tone by blending 68.6% of rice bran water, which is rich in amino acids and minerals and help keep dry skin moist, and 2% of alpha-arbutin, which prevent excessive production of melanin and help prevent pigmentation.
